Liturgical Seasons

The Catholic Church has its own way of keeping time, breaking down the calendar year into a rhythm that marks important feasts and fasts. We call this the 'Liturgical Calendar' because we actually change how we celebrate the liturgy depending on the season. These liturgical differences are also meant to influence our daily life, changing the way we speak and act as Catholics in the world.
